Delivery times depend on the destination address provided at the time of purchase.
The courier usually takes:
- 1-3 business days from the shipment of the order (which typically occurs within 2 business days from payment confirmation) for deliveries within Italy.
- 3-4 business days from shipment for deliveries within Europe.
- 4-7 business days from shipment for deliveries to destinations outside the EU.
The delivery dates provided by the courier are indicative and based on standard transit times, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Possible delays due to missing or incorrect shipping information, remote destinations, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times.
How to track your shipment
You will always be updated on the status of your shipment thanks to the tracking number associated with your order.

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the delivery, which takes place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

New Collection and Jersey Launches, Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales
During periods of high sales volume (such as sales events, Black Friday, or Christmas holidays), delivery times may be extended by up to 10 additional business days compared to usual transit times.
