Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The identification tag with its disposable seal must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes sealed packaging for specific items (e.g., books, design objects) and all components for kits.
- All returned products from a single order must be sent in one shipment.
- Within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, send the products to:
