📅 1. Timeframe for requesting a return
- You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, to decide whether to keep or return the items from your order.
📤 2. Start the return process
- Enter your order number and email used for the purchase in the form below
- Follow the procedure and select the items you want to return
- Wait for the return approval confirmation that you will receive via email
📦 3. Prepare the products for shipment
- Place the items (or item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition
- Returns are not allowed for underwear, swimwear, or customized garments with names and numbers different from those of the official team squad.
🚚 4. Schedule the shipment
- Arrange the return shipment via a postal office or a trusted courier. Make sure the shipment is arranged with all shipping costs as well as any applicable customs duties at your own expense.
