- Place the items (or item) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition
- Returns are not allowed for underwear, swimwear, or customized garments with names and numbers different from those of the official team squad.

- Arrange the return shipment via a postal office or a trusted courier. Make sure the shipment is arranged with all shipping costs as well as any applicable customs duties at your own expense.

- The refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
The refund of original shipping costs depends on the type of return:
- Full return: If you decide to return all items from your order, we will refund both the value of the merchandise and the initial shipping costs.
- Partial return: If you return only some of the purchased products, the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
