🔵 NON-EU Customers (outside the European Union)
For those residing outside the EU and shipping from countries subject to customs, we offer a dedicated return service:

Customs Documentation and Shipping Address
- The customs invoice required by the courier must be addressed to Calicantus S.r.l. and must indicate the actual value of the returned goods.
- The customs invoice must NOT be addressed to SSCN.
- Each courier requires specific documentation for the return of goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that these rules are followed and that the documentation is completed fully and accurately, in accordance with the sales documents in your possession.
Customs Duties
Please note that any applicable customs duties will be at your expense.
Important: Any parcel sent cash on delivery (COD) or carriage forward will under no circumstances be accepted by the Calicantus S.r.l. warehouse.
What you will receive:

- Pre-filled customs documentation
- Home pickup upon request

⚠️ If you choose NOT to use our organized return service:
You will need to manage the shipment and the entire customs clearance process on your own. This means:
- Compliance with our return policies
- Shipping costs at your expense
- Any customs duties and fees will be your responsibility
- Possible delays or customs holds if paperwork is incorrect
- Possible rejection of the shipment and return to sender if duties are not properly paid
