If you're sending a return to Italy from a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, there are some important customs procedures you'll need to follow.
Customs Documentation and Shipping Address
- The customs invoice required by the courier must be addressed to Calicantus S.r.l. and must reflect the value of the returned goods.
- The customs invoice MUST NOT be addressed to SSCN
- Please note that each courier requires specific documentation for the return of goods. It's your responsibility to comply with these rules and complete all documentation fully and correctly, in accordance with the sales documentation you have.
Customs Duties
Please be aware that any applicable customs duties will be your responsibility.
Please Note: No packages sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be accepted by Calicantus S.r.l.'s warehouse.
