Orders are shipped via UPS, with the following estimated delivery times:
- Italy: within 2–3 business days from the shipping date
- EU and non-EU countries: within 3–5 business days from the shipping date
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that allows you to follow each stage of the shipment.
In the event of any issues (such as delays, failed delivery attempts, or if the package is held at a pickup location), you will receive automatic notifications from the courier. If the package is placed on hold, you will find the pickup instructions directly in the UPS tracking: you will need to visit the specified location to collect your parcel.
