Place the item(s) back in their original packaging and wait for our instructions regarding the collection of the item.
If the relevant department confirms that the item is damaged or incorrect, the return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
We will proceed with the refund of the due amount using the same payment method used to complete the purchase.
The refund will be issued within no later than 14 working days from the date the return is received at our warehouse and after the non-conformity has been verified.
