Return Preparation Guide
Place the item(s) back in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
Include a copy of the sales receipt inside the package only.
You can choose between two options to return your items:
Organized Return Service
- We will take care of arranging the return of the goods and will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
A contribution will be required for this service, which will be clearly indicated during the return procedure.
Self-arranged Return
You can arrange the return shipment yourself with a courier of your choice (we recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipment). In this case, the shipping costs, including any duties, will be at your expense.
